My courses are held at Anglia Clay Supplies Classroom at Alby Crafts NR11 7QE.

Classes are mixed ability – so everyone is welcome, whether you’re a complete beginner, intermediate or an ‘old hand’ at pottery. Courses consist of group demonstrations & individual 1-2-1 tuition covering hand building, throwing, glazing & decorating techniques– so it’s up to you if you’d like to follow what I’ll be teaching each week, or if you prefer, you can work independently on your own projects with 1-2-1 guidance. Or, of course, a mixture of both.
The classroom accommodates 6 students comfortably with 4 pottery wheels, a slab roller, tables for hand building, press-moulds, tools, a good selection of slips & glazes & 3 types of clay.

There is an additional charge of £5.00 per kg for fired work.

Alby Crafts has free parking & a café.

Please bring an apron / wear old clothes & a hand towel.  If bringing your own refreshments please bring a lidded cup. I am setting up a WhatsApp group for my classes – please let me know if you would like to join as it’s the easiest way for me to send information out to everyone once the class is up & running.
