CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
My courses hold limited places, many of which sell out. For this reason, I request that you cancel at least 3 weeks before your scheduled course is due to start to receive a full refund. This will allow me to offer your spot to another student. If you decide not to attend or to complete the course after it has started no refund will be issued. Cancellation may be made by emailing michelledaniels@obypottery.co.uk
I cannot refund the cost of individual sessions if they are missed for any reason.

CANCELLATIONS BY MICHELLE DANIELS
If a class or course is cancelled by me, participants will be notified and the full cost of fees will either be refunded within 2 weeks, under normal conditions, or if available, an offer will be made for the customer to take up their place at a course date in the future. I will not be liable for any other consequential loss such as travel or accommodation.
